Abstract

본 발명에는, 활성 성분으로서 a) 티탄, 마그네슘, 할로겐 및 카르복실계 에스테를 함유하는 티탄-함유 고체성분 및, 공촉매로서 b) 알루미늄 화합물 및 c) 필요에 따라 추가의 전자 공여체를 함유하는 치글러-나타 촉매 시스템의 제조방법이 기재된다.
이 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 치글러-나타 촉매 시스템, 이 촉매 시스템의 도움으로 프로필렌의 중합체를 제조하는 방법, 그로써 얻어지는 중합체 및 그 중합체로 이루어지는 필름 및 성형물이 또한 기재된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 활성 성분으로서 a) 티탄, 마그네슘, 할로겐 및 카르복실계 에스테를 함유하는 티탄-함유 고체 성분 및, 공촉매로서, b) 알루미늄 화합물 및 c) 필요하다면 추가의 전자 공여체를 함유하는 치글러-나타 촉매 시스템을, 먼저 티탄-함유 고체성분을 공촉매와 반응시킨 후, 반응 혼합물을 이산화탄소와의 반응에 의하여 비활성화시키는 것으로 이루어지는 치글러-나타 촉매 시스템의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 치글러-나타 촉매 시스템.
  3. 프로필렌을 필요에 따라 첨가된 공단량체와, 20 내지 150℃ 및 1 내지 100바아에서 치글러-나타 촉매 시스템의 존재하에 중합시키는 것으로 이루어지는 프로필렌의 중합체의 제조 방법으로서, 제2항의 촉매 시스템이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항의 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 프로필렌의 중합체.
  5. 제4항의 중합체로 이루어지는 필름 또는 성형물.
