Abstract
본 발명은 리빗트 동의 체결류 부품이나 릴 사프트와 같은 전자부품을 2공정으로 단조 성형하는 장치를 구성함에 있어서 타격금형대의 중앙에는 1차 타격금형을, 그 상하에는 2차 타격금형을 설치하여 왕복대를 따라 전, 후진만이 되도록 하고, 2개의 소재 성형공이 형성된 다이는 상하로 승하강되면서 교대로 소재를 공급받도록 하므로서 종래의 단조 기계장치에 비하여 2배의 생산능률을 올릴 수 있도록 한 발명으로서 본원출원인이 선출원한 1991년 특허출원제 2515호의 개량 발명에 관한 것으로서 주동축(2)의 크랭크암(3)에 의해 작동되는 왕복대(4)를 따라 전, 후진만이 되도록 설치한 타격금형대(5)의 중앙에는 제1타격금형(6)을 설치하고 그 상하에는 제2타격금형 (7a)(7b)을 설치하며, 다이(9)는 상하에 성형공(10)(11)을 형성하여 종동기어(21)의 캠(22)으로 작동되는 링크(23) 및 이의레버(24)에 의해 상하타격간(30)(31)이 설치된 기계본체(1)로부터 승하강되도록 하되 승강시에는 상측성형공(10)과 상측타격간(30)이 하강시에는 하측 성형공(11)과 하측타격간(31)이 일치되도록 설치하고 기계본체(1) 일측에는 상하타격간(30(31)사이의 중시라인(Y)선상에 철선진입공(32)을 형성하며 종동축(13)과 회전비율이 1 : 2인 주동축(2)의 일단에는 캠(14)에 의해 작동되는 철선휘드용 링크(15)를 연결하고 절단칼날(20)을 작동시켜주는 캠판(17)에는 “”형으로 후진 궤도홈(16)양측에 전진궤도홈(19)(19a)을 형성한 후 종동기어(21)에 크랭크간(18)으로 연설하여 캠판(17)이 1회 왕복될때 절단칼날이 2회 작동되도록 하므로서 철선(25)의 진입과 절단에 의한 소재(8)의 공급이 1 : 1이 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 체결류 부품이나 전자부품등의 단조성형 장치.According to the present invention, in forming a device for forging molding electronic parts such as a reciprocating fastener component or a reel shaft in two processes, a first blow mold is installed at the center of the blow mold stand, and a second blow mold is installed at the top and bottom thereof.
