Abstract

본 발명은 실리콘 오일 콤파운드형 소포제에 관한 것으로서, 지속성 및 분산성이 특히 우수한 소포제를 제조하기 위하여 기본 오일인 규소원자에 알카리가 결합된 오르가노 폴리실록산과, 충전제로서 건식 제조법으로 생성된 홈 형태의 실리카와 습식 제조법으로 생성된 소듐 알루미나 실리카의 혼합물을 반응시킴으로써, 억포 및 파포효과가 우수한 소포제를 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 침강성 실리카와 훔실리카를 상온에서 1 : 20 내지 20 : 1의 혼합 비율로 섞은후, 이것을 전체중량 g에 대해 5-15％중량부로 점도가 100-5,000 센스오크인-OH기가 말단인 선상구조 오르가노폴리실록산 기본 오일 85∼95％ 중량부와 반응시켜 제조하는 실리콘 오일 콤파운드형 소포제.
