Abstract
본 발명은 헤파린 결합 축색 성장 촉진 인자(HBNF)를 사용하여 내피 세포와 같은 세포의 세포 성장을 억제하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 BHK 세포 고 친화력 수용체에로의 bFGF 결합에 대한 HBNF 및 카르복시메틸화 HBNF의 효과, ●-HBNF, ■-카르복시메틸화 HBNF. 가정법은 실시예 5에 서술되어 있다.
제2도는 소 대동맥 내피(ABAE)세포성장에 대한 HBNF 및 카르복시메틸화 HBNF의 효과, 검정법은 실시예 6에 서술되어 있다. 패널 A:ED50=0.04μM로 기초(●) 및 bFGF-자극된 lng/ml)(▲)ABAE 세포성장을 억제한다. 패널 B:0.33μmM HBNF는 ABAE 세포의 분리를 야기한다. 부융합성 ABAE 세포를, 세포의 가시적인 분리가 일어나는 중에, 4일 동안 0.33μM HBNF에 노출시킨다. “출발”-은 HBNF의 첨가전의 평판을 언급한다. “대조표준”-은 HBNF로 처리하지 않은 평판을 언급하고, “HBNF”-는 HBNF로 처리된 평판을 언급한다. 검정을 두번한다. 패널 C:카르복시메틸화 HBNF는, 각각 ED50=0.24μM과 0.13μM로 기초(●) 및 bFGF-저자극(lng/ml)(▲)ABAE 세포 성장을 억제한다.

Claims (10)
- 헤파린 결합 축색-성장 촉진 인자(HBNF), 알킬화 HBNF, 또는 그이 조합물의 세포성장 억제량을 동물에 투여하는 것을 구성되는 세포 성장을 억제하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 HBNF 또는 알킬화 HBNF는 사람 HBNF, 소 HBNF, 양 HBNF, 개 HBNF, 돼지 HBNF, 고양이 HBNF, 말 HBNF, 조류 HBNF, 어류 HBNF또는 그의 알킬화 동족체인 방법.
- HBNF, 알킬화-HBNF, 또는 그의 조합물의 맥환형성-조절량을 상기 동물에 투여하는 것으로 구성되는 동물내에서 맥관 형성을 조절하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 HBNF 또는 알킬화 HBNF는 사람 HBNF, 소 HBNF, 양 HBNF, 돼지 HBNF, 고양이 HBNF, 말 HBNF, 조류 HBNF, 어류 HBNF 또는 그의 알킬화 동족체인 방법.
- 반응 세포 검저에서 HBNF를 투여하는 것으로 구성되는 세포 성장 억제제를 생체의 스크리닝 하는 방법.
- HBNF, 알킬화 HBNF, 또는 그의 조합물의 외과수술후 출혈 조절양을 온혈 동물에 투여하는 것으로 구성되는 외과수술 후 출혈을 조절하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 HBNF는 사람 HBNF인 방법.
- HBNF 단백질, 알킬화 HBNF, 또는 그의 조합물을 동물에 투여하는 것으로 구성되는 종양 성장을 억제하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 HBNF 단백질은 사람 HBNF, 소 HBNF, 양 HBNF, 개 HBNF, 돼지 HBNF, 고양이 HBNF, 말 HBNF, 조류 HBNF, 어류 HBNF 또는 그의 알킬화 동족체인 방법.
