제1도는 전형적인 펄프 제조기의 대표적인 유출수 처리 시스템 플랜트의 개략도이다.
Claims (6)
- 펄프 제조기 플랜트로부터의 유출 스트림을 탈색시키는 방법에 있어서, 황산제일철 및 수용성 양이온 아민 중합체를 30 대 1 내지 1 대 1의 분자비로 포함하는 유효량의 탈색 조성물을 가하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 양이온 아민 중합체가 에피클로로하이드린과 디메틸아민의 반응에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 양이온 아민 중합체가 분자량이 10,000 내지 150,000인 폴리디알릴 디메틸 암모늄 클로라이드 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 몰비가 20대 1 내지 5대 1인 방법.
- 펄프 제조기 플랜트로부터의 유출 스트림을 탈색시키는 방법에 있어서, a) 유출 스트림에 유효량의 수용성 양이온 아민 중합체를 가하는 단계 및 b) 유출 스트림에 유효량의 황산제일철을 가하는 단계를 포함하고, 이때 유출 스트림에 가해지는 수용성 양이온 아민 중합체 대 황산제일철의 분자비는 30대 1 내지 1대 1이며, 유효량의 수용성 양이온 아민 중합체 및 유효량의 황산제일철의 이러한 배합으로 유출 스트림의 순수 착색이 90% 이상 감소됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 펄프 제조기 플랜트로부터의 유출 스트림을 탈색시키는 방법에 있어서, 유출 스트림에 가해진 제일철 이온의 농도는 60 내지 200ppm이고 유출 스트림에 가해진 수용성 양이온 아민 중합체의 농도는 20 내지 80ppm이 되도록 유출 스트림에 제일철이온 및 수용성 양이온 중합체를 배합하여 가하는 단계를 포함하고, 이때 유출물의 전체 착색이 80% 이상 감소됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
