본 고안은 제직완료한 융단(Carpet)의 보수를 위한 작업과정으로 들어나기 전에 융단에 붙어있는 실조각등과 같은 이물질들을 자동으로 제거시켜 주도록하여 보수작업시 먼지등이 나지않도록 한 융단 제조시스템에서의 수선의 이물질 자동 제거장치에 대한 것이다.The present invention automatically removes foreign substances such as pieces of thread attached to the carpet before entering the work process for repairing the finished carpet, and in the carpet manufacturing system that prevents dust from occurring during repair work. 종래에는 융단의 제직완류 후 보수작업과 로울링(Rolling) 작업과정에서 융단에 붙어있는 실조각 등과 같은 이물질에 의해 발생되는 먼지등으로 인하여 작업자의 건강등을 해치게 되는 등 많은 문제점이 있었으며, 또 이러한 점을 해결하기 위해 수선기에 브러쉬를 이용한 제거장치를 설치한 것도 있었으나, 이 장치는 브러쉬를 감싸주게 착설한 집진통의 형태가 집진기능을 수행하기에 적절하지 않아 융단으로 부터 분리된 이물질들을 신속하게 배출시켜주지 못하게 되어 일단 분리되었던 이물질들이 융단에 다시 달라붙어서 이동하게 되므로 그 목적을 달성하지 못하게 되는 문제점이 있었으며, 또 분리되는 이물질들을 배출구에 연결한 연결관을 통해 집진덕트로 유입되어 집진기측으로 이송 집진되도록 하였는데, 상기 덕트는 4각형상의 통체로 되게 성형하였기 때문에 제작에도 어려움이 많았음은 물론 그 구조상 집진기에 가까운 덕트 앞쪽의 이물질들은 비교적 정상적으로 집진배출될 수 있었으나 뒷쪽의 이물질들은 집진력이 미치지 못하게 되어 제대로 배출되지 않고 쌓이게 되는 현상이 발생되므로 이물질 배출 능률이 더욱 저하되는 등의 결점도 있었다.Conventionally, there have been many problems such as damage to worker's health due to dust generated by foreign matters such as pieces of thread attached to the carpet during repair and rolling operations after weaving the carpet.
