Claims (6)

  1. 회전축을 중심으로 자유로이 회전하도록 연마조를 배설하고, 이 연마조 내에 연마재와 피연마물을 수용하여 상기 회전축을 회전하므로서 상기 연마조를 회전구동하여 상기 연마재와 상기 피연마물을 상호 접촉 유동시켜서 상기 피연마물의 연마를 실시하는 연마장치에 있어서, 상기 회전축이 상기 연마조의 중심으로부터 편위하여 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연마장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전축이 회전 드럼의 주변부에 복수개 설치되고, 회전드럼이 축심을 중심으로 공전하고, 연마조가 회전축을 중심으로 자전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연마장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연마조의 축심이 회전축에 대하여 경사하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연마장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 잇어서, 회전축의 회전방향 및 회전속도가 변경할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연마장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연마조의 밸런스용인 추가 설치되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연마장치.
  6. 연마재와 피연마물을 수용한 연마조의 중심으로 부터 편위하여 설치한 회전축을 중심으로 상기 연마조를 회전함으로써 상기 연마재와 상기 피연마물을 상호 접촉유동시켜서 상기 피연마물의 연마를 실시하는 연마방법.
