일반적으로 팬히터의 버너 상부에는 중앙부가 상방으로 절곡되어 염공이 형성되고 그 양측부에 흡기공이 형성된 염공판이 결합되어지는데 기존의 버너는 내부에 가스통로를 갖고 상단부를 연장하여 양측으로 절곡시킨 날개부에 다수의 흡기공이 형성되어져 그 날개부의 상면에 상기의 염공판이 결합되도록 하였는바, 염공판을 결합함에 있어서 버너 날개부의 흡기공과 염공판에 형성된 흡기공들을 일치시킨후 용접수단으로 결합하여야 하는데 염공판을 버너 상부의 정위치에 낮춘 상태에서 용접을 하더라도 염공판의 현상태를 유지하여 줄 수 있는 아무런 구조가 형성되어 있지 않아 염공판이 밀리는 등의 유동으로 인하여 정위치에 결합되지 않는 일이 빈번하게 발생되어 불량률이 높아지는 등 이에 따른 많은 문제점이 뒤따르게 된다.In general, the upper portion of the fan heater is bent upwards in the center portion is formed salt hole and the inlet hole formed in the inlet hole is coupled to both sides of the existing burner has a gas passage inside and extending the upper end of the wing portion bent to both sides A plurality of intake holes are formed in the upper surface of the wing portion so that the above-described salt plate is coupled.
