일반적으로 사용되고 있는 퍼스널 컴퓨터의 드라이브부 장착부에 있어서, 제조회사가 용량 확장을 하기 위해서 HDD를 내장하여 판매하는 모델이 있으나, 이 제품 모델은 기기본체의 전방 우측부에 브래킷을 설치하여서, 이 상부측에는 HDD를 설치하고, 그 하부측에는 HDD를 장착하여 생산하기 때문에, 그후에 사용자가 HDD를 교체혹은 장착하고자 할 때에 있어서, FDD의 착탈은 별문제가 없으나, HDD을 퍼스널 컴퓨터의 본체로부터 분리 또는 장착시에는 제4도에 나타낸 바와같이 시스템본체(1)의 전방이나 후방에서 삽입후 나사로 고정시켜야 하는데, 이때 전방측부에 형성된 프론트 패널(2)의 일부(전면)에 HDD가 들어갈 수 있는 구멍을 뚫어야하므로 외관디자인에 결함이 있고, 또 후방측에는 전원공급기(3)을 분리해야만이 HD을 후방에서 전방으로 삽입가능하기 때문에 다른 주변장치에 손상을 입힐뿐만 아니라, 제품출고후 에도 HDD를 시스템 본체(1)로부터 분리 또는 조립할 경우, 후부에 설치된 전원공급기(3)을 해체한 후에 조립 가능하기 때문에 HDD의 착탈이 자유롭지 못한 문제점이 있었다.In the drive unit mounting portion of a personal computer, which is generally used, a manufacturer sells a HDD in order to expand the capacity.
