Claims (4)

  1. 제오라이트의 한 종류인 모더나이트를 강산으로 비등(沸騰)처리하여 적절한 실리카/알루미나비(silica/alumina mole retio)를 조절한 후, 은, 구리, 아연 등의 살균성 금속으로 이온 교환시킨 것을 디메틸 포름 아미드에 분산시켜 통상의 폴리우레탄 탄성사 제조공정 중합 반응 완결 후 방사 이전 단계에서 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균, 방취성이 우수한 폴리우레탄 탄성사의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 모더나이트의 실리카/알루미나비가 12 내지 33인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균, 방취성이 우수한 폴리우레탄 탄성사의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 모더나이트의 함유량이 폴리우레탄 탄성사를 기준으로 0.5 내지 2.5중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균, 방취성이 우수한 폴리우레탄 탄성사의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 모더나이트의 평균 입자 크기가 0.5μm 내지 2.0μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균, 방취성이 우수한 폴리우레탄 탄성사의 제조방법.
