본 고안은 텔레비젼 수상기등과 같은 전기, 전자제품의 세트내에 설치되는 인쇄회로기판의 고정장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 보조회로기판의 설치여부에 따라서 보조회로기판 고정용 브라켓을 하부 판넬상에서 착탈하여 사용할수 있게 함으로써 세트내의 공간 활용도를 높이고, 부품 및 작업공정을 감소시킬수 있는 보조회로기판의 고정장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a fixing device for a printed circuit board installed in a set of electrical and electronic products such as a television receiver. 종래에 실시되어오던 보조회로기판의 고정장치는 보조회로기판 고정용 브라켓을 외부 판넬 성형시 일체로 성형되게 한것이므로, 이의 사출 성형시 금형이 복잡하여 제작상의 어려움이 따랐고, 특히 보조회로기판을 사용하지 않을 경우 불필요하게 되는 브라켓이 세트내에서 많은 점유면적을 차지하여 기타 부품들의 조립시 장해요인이 되는 것이었으며, 이러한 비합리적인 점을 시정하기 위하여 별도로 제작되는 보조회로기판 고정용 브라켓을 나사등으로 제품의 세트 내부에 설치토록 하는 것도 제안되었으나, 이는 나사체결에 따르는 작업시간이 연장되고 부품이 증가되는등의 비경제적인 문제점이 내재되어 실효성을 거두지 못하는 것이었다.Since the fixing device of the auxiliary circuit board, which has been conventionally performed, is to be integrally formed when the external circuit board fixing bracket is formed, the mold is complicated during the injection molding, and thus, the manufacturing difficulties are followed. 본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 나사를 사용하지 않고도 보조회로기판 고정용 브라켓이 세트내에서 간편용이하게 착탈될수 있게 하여 보조회로기판을 설치시 작업공정과 부품을 절감할수 있을 뿐만아니라 보조회로기판을 설치하지 않을때에는 브라켓을 세트내에서 분리함으로써 세트내의 구성을 간단히 하여 기타 부품들의 조립을 용이하게 할수 있는 보조회로기판 고정장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있는것이다.The present invention has been devised to solve these problems, and the bracket for fixing the auxiliary circuit board can be easily detached from the set without using a screw, thereby reducing the work process and parts when installing the auxiliary circuit board. 본 고안은 이와같은 목적을 달성기 위하여 하부 판넬상에 입설되는 브라켓에 가드 레일을 형성하고, 일측의 하부판넬로 부터 돌설되는 걸림턱에 결합되는 보조회로기판 고저용 브라켓에 가이드레일을 형성하여 양측 브라켓의 가이드레일에 보조회로기판을 고정할수 있게 한것으로 이하 첨부된 도면에 의하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms a guard rail on a bracket placed on a lower panel, and forms guide rails on a bracket for an auxiliary circuit board height coupled to a locking projection protruding from one lower panel.
