Claims (29)

  1. 다음 일반식의 단량체.
    상기식에서, Ar은 아릴 잔기 또는 헤테로사이클릭 아릴 잔기이며, R은 서로 독립적으로 수소원자, 전자 공여성 잔기 또는 전자 구인성 잔기이고, R1는 산소원자, 질소원자 또는 황원자이며, R2는 수소원자, 탄소수 10이하의 알킬 잔기, 아릴 잔기 또는 헤테로사이클릭 잔기이고, m은 1 또는 2이며, p는 0또는 1의 정수이고, 단 R1이 질소원자일 경우에만 p는 2이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다음 구조식의 단량체;
  3. 하기 일반식 단량체.
    상기식에서, Ar은 아릴 잔기 또는 헤테로사이클릭 아릴 잔기이며, R은 개별적이며 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 전자 공여성 잔기 또는 구인성 잔기이고, R1및 R2는 개별적이며 각각 독립적으로 질소원자, 산소원자 또는 황원자이고, R3및 R4는 개별적이며 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 탄소수 10이하의 알킬 잔기, 아릴 잔기 또는 헤테로사이클릭 잔기이고, m은 1 또는 2의 정수이고, q는 1 또는 2이고, 단 R1또는 R2가 질소원자인 경우 q는 1이다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 다음 구조식의 단량체

    상기식에서, R3및 R4는 탄소수가 10개 미만인 동일한 알킬 잔기이다.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, R3및 R4가 에틸인 단량체.
  7. 반응동안 전자쌍을 받아들이거나 양성자를 제공할 수 있는 반응 촉매의 존재하에 사이클로부타렌을 무수물-치환된 방향족 산 할라이드와 반응시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여 제1항의 단량체를 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 산 할라이드가 하기 일반식을 갖는 방법.
    상기식에서, Ar은 아릴 잔기 또는 헤테로사이클릭 아릴 잔기이고, R1는 산소원자, 질소원자 또는 황원자이며, R2는 수소원자, 탄소수 10개 미만의 알킬 잔기 또는 헤테로사이클릭 잔기이고; R3는 염소원자, 브롬원자 또는 요오드원자이며; p는 0 또는 1의 정수이고, 단 R1이 질소원자인 경우에만 p는 1이다.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 산 할라이드가 트리멜리트산 무수물 산클로라이드인 방법.
  10. 제7항에 잇어서, 사이클로부타렌이 벤조사이클로부텐인 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 반응 촉매가 루이스산으로 작용하는 화합물, 강한 양성자성산 및 철과 트리플루오로 아세트산 무수물의 유기 착화합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 반응 촉매가 금속철, 산화철(III)및 산화아연 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 반응 촉매가 산화철(III)인 방법.
  14. 제7항에 있어서, 사이클로부타렌/산 할라이드의 몰비가 5:4내지 12:4인 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 사이클로부타렌/산 할라이드의 몰비가 약 6:4인 방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 산 할라이드/반응 촉매의 몰비가 10내지 500범위인 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 온도가 135 내지 150℃ 범위인 방법.
  18. 제1항의 단량체, 및 두가지 이상의 형태로 축합 반응할 수 있는 다작용성 단량체를 축중합 조건에서 반응시킴을 특징으로하여, 제1항의 단량체로부터 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  19. 제3항의 단량체, 및 두가지 이상의 형태로 축합 반응할 수 있는 다작용성 단량체를 축중합 조건에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제3항의 단량체로부터 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  20. 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 제조된 공중합체가 올리고머인 방법.
  21. 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 다작용성 단량체가 1급 방향족 디아민, 2급 방향족 디아민, 포화 지방족디올, 디페노이스, 및 디티올 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  22. 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 다작용성 단량체가 메틸렌 디아닐린, 1,4-부탄 디올, 비스페놀 A, 및 벤젠 디티올 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  23. 제2항의 단량체와 적어도 축합 반응을 수행할 수 있는 다작용성 단량체에 축중합반응 조건을 가하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로하여, 제2항의 단량체로부터 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  24. 적어도 2개의 축합반응을 수행할 수 있는 올리고머와 제1항 또는 3항의 단량체에 축중합반응 조건을 가하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로하여, 사이클로부타렌 잔기로 말단캡핑된 올리고머를 제조하는 방법.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 오리고머가 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드 및 폴리이미드 올리고머로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  26. 제24항에 있어서, 사용되는 제1항 또는 3항의 단랴에의 양 범위가 반응 혼합물 중 단량체와 올리고머의 전체 몰양을 기준으로 5 내지 20몰%인 방법.
  27. 제18또는 19항의 방법으로부터 제조된 공중합체에 환교차 중합반응 조건을 가하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로하여, 상기 공중합체로 부터 가교결합된 네트워크를 제조하는 방법.
  28. 제24항의 방법으로부터 제조된 말단캡핑된 올리고머에 환 교차 중합반응 조건을 가하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로하여, 상기 말단캡핑된 올리고머로부터 가교결합된 네트워크를 제조하는 방법.
  29. 제1항의 단량체에 환 교차 중합반응 조건을 가하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로하여, 상기 단량체로부터 동종중합체를 제조하는 방법.
