Claims (11)

  1. 중증 내지 경증의 실금아동 또는 성인용 흡수물질이 적어도 하나로 이루어져 있으며, 교환가능한 액체투과성 1회용 삽입물(22)이 있어 여러번 사용할 수 있고 세탁할 수 있는 팬티에 있어서, 1회용 삽입물(22)은 체중·성별 및/또는 실금하는 정도에 의해 3차원성형 자유형태흡수체(24)로 구성되어 있고; 신체치수에 일치하고 방수의 부드러운 물질인 가랑이 골반(crotch basin)(14)을 해부학적으로 미리형성하여 팬티(12)의 가랑이 부분을 성형하거나 또는 적당히 절취하여 흡수체가 제위치에서 미끄러지지 않도록 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 삽입물이 있는 팬티제조 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 가랑이 부분이 깊숙히 당겨짐(deep-drawn)을 특징으로 하는 삽입물이 있는 팬티제조방법.
  3. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 3차원성형흡수체(24)가 셀룰로오스를 포함하는 섬유, 열가소성플라스틱 섬유 및 얇게 바른 초강력 흡수제를 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 삽입물이 있는 팬티제조방법.
  4. 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3차원성형흡수체(24)는 다중층의 디자인이고; 내층 또는 내층들은 바깥층들 보다 더 많은 초강력흡수제를 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 삽입물이 있는 팬티제조방법.
  5. 제 1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3차원 성형흡수체중의 셀룰로오스 섬유는 폐휴지 및/또는 솜부스러기로부터 재생되었으며, 셀룰로오스 섬유가 폴리에틸렌섬유에서 특별한 점에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 삽입물이 있는 팬티제조방법.
  6. 제 1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가랑이 골반(14)이 연성플라스틱, 특히 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리에틸렌, 또는 플라스틱으로 가득찬 구조물로 이루어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 삽입물이 있는 팬티제조방법.
  7. 제 1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3차원성형 흡수체(24)가 얇고 부드러운 층들(26,28); 사용시 신체가까이에 보다 부드러운층(26) 및 신체에서 덜어진 곳에 딱딱한 형성층(28)에 의해서 양쪽면이 싸여짐을 특징으로 하는 삽입물이 있는 팬티제조 방법.
  8. 제 1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3차원성형흡수체(24)를 둘러싸는 층들(26,28)은 1-5㎛ 두께이고; 흡수체는 약 1.5-18% 특히 약 6%의 플라스틱 섬유를 포함하며,약 10-15%의 초강력흡수체를 포함함을 특징으로하는 삽입물이 있는 팬티제조방법.
  9. 제 1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 삽입물은 방수이며 팬티위에 배열된 탄성밴드와 상호작용으로 다리시작부위밑봉을 형성하는 넓고 연속적인 가장자리를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 삽입물이 있는 팬티제조방법.
  10. 제 1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3차원성형흡수체는 사용시 신체가까이에 있는 면위에 적어도 하나의 세로슬릿(30)을 가지고있으며; 또한 흡수성패드(24) 세로부분의 절반에서 함몰(depression)의 방법으로 슬릿을 넓히고/또는 나머지 절반의 세로부분에서 사이사이에 웹(42)이 있는 슬릿을 다중층의 부분으로 만듬을 특징으로하는 삽입물이 있는 팬티제조방법.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 함몰(38)을 가지고 있는 3차원성형 흡수체(24)는 신체가까이에 있는 면에 액체투과성이고 부드럽지만 방수처리를 한 압박시킨 쉽게 제거될 수 있는 층(40)으로 덮여있고; 덮여진 흡수체를 세로슬릿(30), 슬릿류(36및 함몰(38)속으로 넣고; 적어도 세지점에 돌출되어 있는 손잡이 끈(34)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 삽입물이 있는 팬티제조방법.
