Claims (13)

  1. 제1레이저 캐비티 및 제2레이저 캐비티를 갖고 최소한 하나의 광학 출력 포트를 갖고 있는 하우징, 상기 포트에 접속된 치과용 광학 전달 시트템, 작동시 제1레이저 빔을 발생시키는 상기 제1캐비티내에 포함된 제1레이저, 작동시 제2레이저 빔을 발생시키는 상기 제2캐비티내에 포함된 제2레이저, 주어진 시간에 상기 레이저들중의 하나만을 선택적으로 작동시키기 위한 수단, 및 작동된 레이저로부커의 레이저 빔을 상기 최소한 하나의 포트에 유동하기 위한 수단을 포함하고, 상기 제1레이저 빔은 구강내의 제1셋트의 치과 치료를 수행하기에 충분한 광학성질을 갖고 있고, 상기 제2레이저 빔은 구강내의 제2셋트 치과치료를 수행하기에 충분한 광학성질을 갖고 있고, 상기 제1셋트의 치과 치료는 상기 제2셋트 치과 치료와 실질적으로 상호 배제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유도 수단이 제1위치와 제2위치사이에서 이동가능한 밀러를 포함하고 상기 제1위치에서, 상기 밀러는 상기 제1레이저를 상기 포트에 반사시키고, 상기 제2위치에서, 상기 밀러는 상기 제2레이저 빔을 상기 포트에 충돌하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀러는 상기 제2레이저 빔의 축에 관련하여 거의 45°각이 지고, 상기 제1레이저 빔이 상기 밀러에 충돌하도록 상기 제2레이저 빔에 관련하여 실질적으로 수직으로 상기 제1레이저 빔을 유도하기 위한 수단을 포함하고, 상기 제1위치에서 상기 밀러는 상기 제2레이저 빔의 상기 축을 따라 배치되고 상기 제2위치에서 상기 밀러는 상기 제2레이저빔의 축으로부터 축방향으로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유도 수단이 상기 양 레이저 빔의 경로내에 배치된 선별 빔 분리기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1레이저가 펄스 레이저이고 0.2 내지 2.0 마이크로미터의 파장, 10-5000미크론의 목표 사이트에서 빔 직경과 수 피코초 내지 수 밀리초의 펄스 주기, 및 펄스당 0.1 밀리주울 내지 5주울의 에너지를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1레이저가 펄스 레이저이고, 2.0 내지 5.0 마이크로미터의 파장, 목표 사이트에서의 10내지 5000미크론의 빔 직경, 수피크초 내지 밀리초의 펄스 주기, 및 펄스당 0.1 밀리주울 내지 5주울의 에너지를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1셋트의 치과 치료가 치아로부터의 초기의 썩은 손상의 제거를 포함하고 상기 제2셋트의 치과 치료가 상아질을 침입하는 차아부패의 제거를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2셋트의 치과 치료가 구강내에 포함된 연한 조직의 제거를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2셋트의 치과 치료가 엔돈틱 치과치료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 엔돈틱 치료가 근관 치과 치료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1셋트의 치과 치료가 치아의 감감을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2셋트의 치과 치료가 연한 구강조직의 살균을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2셋트의 치과 치료가 에나멜을 제거하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 레이저 어셈블리.
