단부 폐쇄판지를 갖는 포장용 판지상자
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 판지상자를 형성하기 위한 전개 판지 상자의 평면도, 제2도는 어떤 판자들은 접혀져 있으며 제1도의 전개 판지 상자를 이용하여 부분적으로 형성된 판지 상자의 일부단부를 도시한 부분 사시도, 제3도는 제1도에 도시된 전개판지상자로 부터 형성된 판지 상자의 상부 단부를 도시한 사시도.

Claims (6)

  1. 판지 상자가 서로 떨어져 있는 측변판지에 의해 연결되어서 관형상의 구조물을 형성하는 상부 판지 및 바닥판지와, 판지상자의 단부를 폐쇄시키기 위해서 관형상의 구조물의 각각의 단부에 있는 단부 폐쇄판지 세트를 포함하며, 상기 단부 폐쇄판지세트 각각은 각각의 측벽판지에 힌지 연결되어있으며, 서로 대향하여 관형상의 구조물의 단부를 가로 질러 접혀지는 한쌍의 단부 폐쇄판지와, 판지상자와 상부판지에 힌지 연결되어 있는 중간판지로 이루어지며, 상기 단부폐쇄판지의 각각은 결합가셋판지에 의해서 적어도 부분적으로 각각의 인접한 상기 측벽판지에 힌지 연결되어 있음과 동시에 각각의 가셋판지에 의해서 상기 중간 판지에 힌지 연결되어 있으며, 상기 중간 판지 및 연관된 가셋판지는 단부 폐쇄판지가 폐쇄될때 상기 상부 판지의 위에 배치되며, 상기 결합가셋 판지는 상기 상부 측벽판지와 겹쳐 있는 상태로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병등과 같은 품목들을 둘러싸는 방식으로된 포장용 판지상자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 단부 폐쇄판지의 상단부가 안쪽 상향으로 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 판지상자.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중간판지와 각각의 상기 단부 폐쇄판지는 상기 단부 폐쇄 판지의 상기 상부를 이루는 힌지 연결된 판지에 의하여 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 판지상자.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 결합가셋판지는 인접한 측벽판지들의 상부에, 인접한 단부폐쇄판지의 상부에, 그리고 상기 중간 판지에 힌지 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 판지상자.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 결합가셋판지는 상기 측변판지의 상부와 겹쳐있는 상태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 판지상자.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가셋판지는 상기 중간 판지에, 그리고 상기 단부폐쇄 판지의 상부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 판지 상자.
