Claims (5)
- (1)결합제중에 분산된 다수의 연마 입자를 포함하고 예정된 형상을 가지며 예정된 배열로 배치된 적어도 하나의 연마복합체를 적어도 하나의 주 표면상에 갖는 지지체를 포함하는 피복된 연마 제품을 제공하고, (2)상기 제품을 공작물과 접촉시킨 후, (3)상기 적어도 하나의 연마 복합체가 상기 공작물 표면에 상기 예정된 배열의 반대 배열과 적어도 유사한 패턴을 부여할 수 있도록 하는 방향으로 상기 상기 제품을 상기 공작물에 마찰시키는 단계를 포함하는, 공작물 표면에 예정된 패턴을 제공하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공작물 표면에 제공된 상기 패턴이 상기 예정된 배열의 반대 배열과 동일하거나 거의 동일한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공작물 표면에 제공된 상기 패턴이 적어도 하나의 홈을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공작물 표면에 제공된 상기 패턴이 다수의 홈을 포함하는 방법.
