자석광에 함유된 함철광물 및 석영을 부선법에 의하여 분리제거함에 있어서, 마광단계에서 매질로 가성소다 500gr/t을 첨가하여 마광하고, 마광시 첨가된 가성소다와 슬라임을 제거하기 위하여 스크렝버로서 교반시켜 슬라임을 제거한 산물을 부선기에 옮긴후 NATMD와 PS를 혼합한 부선시약을 사용하여 중성영역에서 함철광물 및 석영을 부선분리시키는 장석정제방법.In separating and removing iron-containing minerals and quartz contained in magnetite by the flotation method, caustic soda is added to the medium in the polishing step by grinding, and stirred with a scrubber to remove caustic soda and slime added during grinding.
