제1도는 본 발명에 의한 용적식 유량계의 제1살시예를 나타내는 사시도, 제2도는 그 유량계의 부분단면도, 제3도는 그 유량계의 사용상태를 나타내는 흐름계통도, 제4도는 본 발명의 제2실시예를 나타내는 주요부의 사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 유체의 유로에 끼워 만들어지는 케이싱(4,22,31) 내에서 회전 또는 왕복 운동하여 그 케이싱내의 공간부에 충만하는 유체를 연속적으로 송출하는 가동부(5,25,33)의 전체 또는 그 일부가 해당 가동부를 끼우고 대향하는 상기 케이싱의 한쪽벽측에서 다른쪽 벽측으로 광을 투과시키는 투광체(8,25,34)로 형성되고, 그 투광체가 단속적으로 통과 또는 도래하는 위치에서 그 투광체를 통하여 고아을 송수하는 광송신계(EO)와 광수신계(OE)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용적식 유량계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광송신계(EO)와 광 수신계(OE)가 선단에 집광렌즈를 설치한 송광용 광섬유(9)와 수광용 광섬유(10)의 단말사이에서 광을 송수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용적식 유량계.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투광체(8,26,34)가 상기 가동부(5,25,33)를 관통하여 투시구멍(7) 내에 매설된 광섬유 또는 유리로드인 것을 특징으로 하는 용적식 유량계.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광송신계(EO)와 광 수신계(OE)가 상기 투광체(8,26,34)의 이동 방향을 따라 복수개소에서 광을 송수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용적식 유량계.
