Claims (14)

  1. 윤활유 조성물에서 분산성 첨가제로서 유용한, 일반식
    (I)
    (이때 n은 15 내지 120 범위임)의 실질적인 어택틱 프로필렌 올리고머로 부터 유래된 알케닐기를 가지며, 700 내지 5000 범위의 수평균 분자량 (Mn) 및 1:1 내지 1.5 : 1 범위의 숙신상 성분 : 어택틱 프로필렌 올리고머 몰비를 가지며, 숙신이미드는 C1-50아민으로 부터 유래된 알케닐 숙신이미드 유도체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알케닐기는 15 내지 70 범위의 n 및 700 내지 3000 범위의 Mn을 갖는 일반식 Ⅰ의 어택틱 프로필렌 올리고머로 부터 유래된 알케닐 숙신이미드 유도체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, n은 20 내지 60 범위이고 Mn은 900 내지 2500 범위인 알케닐 숙신이미드 유도체.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 한 항에 있어서, 숙신산 성분 : 어택틱 프로필렌 올리고머의 몰비는 1 : 1 내지 1.3 : 1 범위인 알케닐 숙신이미드 유도체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 몰비는 1 : 1 내지 1.2 : 1 범위인 알케닐 숙신이디드 유도체.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 한 항에 있어서, 아민은 일반식
    H-(HN-(CH2)p)m-NH2(Ⅱ)
    (이때, m은 1 내지 9이고 p는 2 내지 4임)의 폴리아민의 알케닐 숙신이미드 유도체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, m은 3 내지 5인 알케일 숙신이미드 유도체.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, p는 2인 알케닐 숙신이미드 유도체.
  9. 제6항 내지 제8항중 한 항에 있어서, 숙신산 성분: 아민의 몰 커플링비는 1 : 1 내지 3 : 1 범위인 알케닐 숙신이미드 유도체.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 한 항에 있어서, 어택틱 프로필렌 올리고머의 적어도 95%w가 일반식 Ⅰ인 알케닐 숙신이미드 유도체.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 한 항에 있어서, 겔투과 크로마토그래피에 의해 결정된 프로필렌 올리고머의 Mw/Mn 값은 2.5 이하인 알케닐 숙신이미드 유도체.
  12. (a) 제1항에서 정의된 어택틱 프로필렌 올리고머를 무수말레산과 반응시키고, (b) 결과 생성된 숙신화 프로필렌 올리고머를 C1-50아민과 반을시킴으로 구성되는 제1항 내지 제12항중 한 항에 따른 알케일 숙신이미드 유도체의 제조방법.
  13. 다량의 윤활유와 제1항 내지 제11항중 한항에 따른 소량의 숙신이미드 유도체로 구성되는 윤활 조성물.
  14. 무수 말레산을 제1항에서 정의한 일반식Ⅰ의 실질적인 어택틱 프로필렌 올리고머와 반응시켜 제조된 숙신화 프로필렌 올리고머 중간물질.
