Claims (12)
100℃이상의 온도에서, (A)수경(水硬)재료(hydraulic material) 및 (B) 폴리비닐 알콜 분말을 포함하는 수성 조성물[여기서, (B)폴리비닐 알콜 분말은, (A)수경 재료의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 20중량%의 양으로 포함된다]을 오토클레이브-경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 성형물의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성 조성물이 (C)보강 섬유를 추가로 포함하는 성형물의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성 조성물이 (B)폴리비닐 알콜 수용액의 점도를 증가시키는 (D)물질을, (B)폴리비닐 알콜 분말의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 1중량% 이상의 양으로 추가로 포함하는 성형물의 제조방법.
제1항의 수성 조성물을 100℃미만의 온도에서 경화시킨 후, 이렇게 경환된 수성 조성물을 100℃이상의 온도에서 오토클레이브-경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 성형물의 제조방법.
제3항의 수성 조성물을 100℃미만의 온도에서 경화시킨 후, 이렇게 경화된 수성 조성물을 오토클레이브-경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 성형물의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, (A)수경 재료가 시멘트인 성형물의 제조방법.
제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, (B)폴리비닐 알콜 수용액의 점도를 증가시키는 (D)물질이, 상기 (B)폴리비닐알콜과 함께, 100℃이상의 온도에서 오토클레이브-경화에 의해 물에 용해되는, 100℃미만의 온도에서 수-불용성인 가교결합재를 형성하는 (B)폴리비닐 알콜의 가교결합제이고, 상기한 오토클레이브-경화에 의해 (B)폴리비닐 알콜 수용액의 점도를 증가시키는 성형물의 제조방법.
제7항에 있어서, (B)폴리비닐 알콜 수용액의 점도를 증가시키는 (D)물질이 붕산 또는 이의 유도체인 성형물의 제조방법.
일단 용해된 후 섬(island)의 형태로 분산되어 고형화된 (B)폴리비닐 알콜을 포함하는 구조를 갖는, (A)수경재료 및 (B)폴리비닐알콜[여기서, (B)폴리비닐 알콜은, (A)수경재료의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 20중량%의 양으로 포함된다]을 포함하는 성형물.
제9항에 있어서, (C)보강 섬유를 추가로 포함하는 성형물.
제9항에 있어서, (B)폴리비닐 알콜 수용액의 점도를 증가시키는 (D)물질을, (B)폴리비닐알콜의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 1중량%이상의 양으로 추가로 포함하는 성형물.
제9항에 있어서, 토우버모라이트 겔(tobermoritegel)을 포함하는 성형물.
