제2도는 본 발명의 내실용 장판지의 단면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 단위 내실용 장판지의 최종적인 결합 사시도.

Claims (2)

  1. 연탄재 분말(1)을 수성접착제(2)에 혼합시켜 합성수지솜 압착판(3)상에 강제로 프레스펀칭한 다음 건조시켜 기판으로서 제1층을 만들고, 제2층인 합지상에 수성점착제를 사용하여 적층된 제3층으로서의 합성수지 박판으로 된 적층판을 상기 제1층상에 유성접착제를 사용해 다시 적층시킨 다음, 최종적으로 제3층인 합성수지 박판상에 락카칠을 하고, 건조하여 소정의 크기만큼 절단된 단위 장판지를 서로 접촉시켜 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내실용 장판지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항 기재의 제조방법으로 제조된 내실용 장판지.
