Claims (1)
- 자동화된 생산사이클을 갖는 장치에 있는 형성슬리이브에서 생산되는 탄성증합체 재료에서 연속적인 전송벨트의 생산과 품질의 제어방법에 있어서, a)생산주기(처리 데니타)에 관런된 다수의 변수를 측정하고 저장하는 단계와, b)이런 변수의 공칭값의 둘레에서 한정되는 값의 제1간격으로 이들 변수의 각각을 주기적으로 비교하고, 변수가 이런 제1간격내에 있을때 가능신호를 방출하는 단계와, c)상기 제1간격의 외부에 상기 변수들중하나가 있다면 상기 제1간격에 관하여 상부영역과 하부영역에 의해 형성되고 이런것보다 더 넓은 제2간격과 이들 값을 비교하는 단계와; d)상기 다수의 변수들중 각각에 관련된 대응하는 미리 설정된 기간보다 작은 시간동안 상기 제2간격내에 상기 변수들이 함유된다면 장치로부터 모는 이것의 일부로 부터 하류측의 적어도 하나의 검사장치에 서하나 이상의 검사를 활성화하기에 적절한 조절된 수용성의 신호를 발하는 단계와; e)그 변수를 위해 미리 설정 된 대응 기간보다 더 큰 시간동안 상기 제2간격내에 또는 제2간격외측에 상기 변수가 있다면 그 변수에 의해영향 받는 제품의 제거신호를 발하는 단계를 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
