TTL 입력버퍼의 공급전압을 내부적으로 발생시켜 그 발생전압레벨을 TTL입력하이레벨과 같게하여 TTL입력버퍼가 완전한 상보형으로 동작되게 한다음, TTL입력버퍼의 출력을 레벨시프터를 이용하여 다시 외부공급전압과 같게해주고 그 다음 레벨시프터의 출력을 씨모오스 버퍼로 인가하여 내부전압 발생회로와 완전한 접속이 될수있는 씨모오스 출력을 발생시켜 TTL입력버퍼에서 소모되는, DC전력이 없어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저전력형 TTL입력버퍼.Generates the supply voltage of TTL input buffer internally and makes the generated voltage level equal to TTL input high level so that the TTL input buffer operates in a completely complementary type, and then supplies the output of the TTL input buffer externally using a level shifter.
