Claims (2)
- 기재로부터 얻어진 열수수추출액, 산알칼리 분리액 또는 효소분해액에, 효모현탁액을 5 내지 50% 첨가하여 자기소화시킴을 특징으로 하는 효모을 이용한 엑기스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재는 효모, 쇠고기, 돼지고기, 닭고기, 오징어, 게, 굴, 조개 또는 홍합인 것을 특징으로 하는 효모를 이용한 엑기스의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
