권선형 회전자의 내압불량 검사방법에 있어서, 코일감기 및 결선작업을 마친 회전자의 코일표면에 도전성 테이프를 테이핑하고, 그 테이프와 그 코일의 리드가 결선된 정류자 사이에 소정의 전압을 인가하여 그 사이를 흐르는 전류치에 의하여 그 코일의 피복손상을 검출하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 권선형 회전자의 내압불량 검사방법.In the method of checking the breakdown voltage of a wound rotor, a conductive tape is taped to the coil surface of the rotor after coil winding and wiring, and a predetermined voltage is applied between the tape and the commutator to which the lead of the coil is connected.
