본 고안의 피가열물을 감압상태에서 고주파 가열로 건조하는 내감압형(耐減壓型) 고주파 건조용기(이하 건조용기라함)에 관한 것이다.It relates to a pressure-resistant high frequency drying vessel (hereinafter referred to as a drying vessel) for drying the heated object of the present invention by high frequency heating in a reduced pressure state.

(3) 또 같은 조건의 흡수지를 B용기 안에 넣고 역시 진공도 265mmHg의 감압하에 고주파 가열을 하니 완전 탈수 건조까지 7분 30초가 걸렸다. 용기의 내벽에는 비산된 수분이 전혀보이지 않았다. (4) 같은 조건의 흡수지를 넣은 B용기를 이번에는 A용기안에 수용하고 진공도 265mmHg하에 고주파 가열을 20분간하고 다음과 같은 현상을 목격하였다.(1) Drenched water in the absorbent paper, put it on a plate prepared in advance, put it in a heating chamber, and heated it at high pressure under normal pressure. 1. 감압건조가 상압건조보다 단시간내에 이루어져야 함에도 불구하고 잘 않된 이유는 A:시험(2)에서 A용기 내벽에 부착된 물방울이 고주파를 반사하여 투과량을 감소시켰음으로, B:시험(3)에서 B용기의 내벽에는 수분의 부착은 없어서 고주파의 반사현상은 없었으나 B용기의 고주파 흡수로 투과량이 크게 감소 되었음으로, C:시험(4)에서는 A용기의 반사로 감소된 고주파로 말미암아 B용기는 흡수고주파량이 적어 발열이 불충분하여 따라서 물방울의 부착을 초래했으므로 고주파의 일부는 반사하고 나머지 일부를 거의 흡수함에 피가열물인 흡수지에는 극히 소량의 고주파만이 조사되었다.1. 이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안에 의하면 감압건조시 피사열물을 수용할 건조 용기(3)의 내벽에 고주파 가열성 수지를 도포하던가 또는 가열성 수지로 성형함으로서 비산된 수분이 건조 용기의 내벽에 부착치 못하게 하고 그 고온성으로 증발하여 외부로 배출케 함으로써 고주파의 반사 현상을 없애고 피가열물에 효과적으로 조사하는 효과가 있는 것이다.As described above, according to the present invention, moisture is prevented from adhering to the inner wall of the drying container by applying a high-frequency heating resin to the inner wall of the drying container 3 to accommodate the heat to be dried or by molding the heating resin.
