Claims (1)

  1. 셀로부터 외부로 돌출한 작업단부를 가지고 자기 부상상태에서 회전하는 회전스핀들과, 이 회전스핀들의 작업단부쪽부위의 레이디얼방향의 위치를 검출하는 작업단부쪽 레이디얼센서와, 상기 회전스핀들의 타단부쪽 부위의 레이디얼방향의 위치를 검출하는 타단부쪽 레이디얼센서를 구비하고, 상기 작업단부에 작업공구의 장착이 가능한 회전장치에 있어서,작업단부둘레의 원환형상 공간중의 절반 이하의 원호형상공간내에, 상기 작업단부쪽 레이디얼센서를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전장치.
