The process reduces the raw paper plate.

본 발명은 종이컵 제조용 테이프형 판지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 일회용으로 사용되는 종이컵 제조용 판지는 비교적 고가이어서 종이컵 제조시의 판지절감은 대단히 중요한 일이 아닐 수 없다. 그리하여 지금까지느 대형 윤전인쇄기인 그라비아인쇄기로서 종이컵 제조용 판지에 인쇄를 하고 이를 단위판지로 절취함에 있어서는 펀치식으로 타출 형성시키지 않으면 안되었던 것이다. 그리하여 종래의 그라비아인쇄시에는 첨부된 도면 제 1a 도에 도시된 바와 같이 단위판지를 배열 하므로서 판지를 절감하고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 배열에 있어서는 타출되는 단위판지의 주연을 붙잡기 위한 주연부(가)가 필요하게 되고 따라서 그 이외의 폐기부분 까지를 포함한 손실율을 11%에 이른다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a tape-shaped cardboard for making paper cups.
