Claims (3)

  1. 휠부재의 표면에 연삭하고져 하는 공작물의 형상에 일치되게 드레서로 드레싱하는 1차 드레싱 스텝과, 상기 1차 드레싱된 휠부재로 드레싱 마스터를 제작하는 드레싱 마스터 제작스텝과, 상기 드레싱 마스터를 제작한 상기 1차 드레싱된 휠부재의 표면을 일정두께로 재드레싱하는 2차 드레싱 스텝과, 상기 2차 드레싱된 휠부재에 혼합물을 접착하는 접착 스텝과, 상기 혼합물이 접착된 다이아몬드 연삭용 휠을 상기 드레싱 마스터에 드레싱 하여서 다이아몬드 연삭용 휠의 표면을 최종 드레싱 및 성형하는 3차 드레싱 스텝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아 몬드 연삭용 휠의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 본드와 경화제 및 다이아몬드 파우더로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아몬드 연삭용 휠의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 잇어서, 상기 3차드레싱 스텝은 다이아몬드 연삭용 휠을 연삭기에 장착하여서 다이아몬드 연삭용 휠의 표면이 상기 드레싱 마스터의 표면과 일치되게 셋팅하여서 저속으로 다수회 다이아몬드 연삭용 휠을 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아몬드 연삭용 휠의 제조방법.
