Claims (3)

  1. 플랜지가 형성된 금속제 관내에 라이닝 되는 폴리테트라 플루오로 에틸렌 수지제의 라이너 튜우브의 단부를 플랜지면에 따라서 확개할수 있는 PTFE제 라이너 튜우브 단부확개장치에 있어서, 상기 라이너 튜우브의 단부가 상기 금속제 관의 플랜지로부터 돌출하도록 이 라이너 튜우브가 삽입된 금속제 관의 플랜지 근방을 유지하는 관유지수단과, 상기 라이너 튜우브의 단부에 순차적으로 밀어 대어서 이 라이너 튜우브의 단부를 플랜지면에 따라 서서히 확개하기 위한 복수의 플레어지그와, 이들 플레어지그가 축방향으로 이동가능하게 유지되고, 각 플레어지그의 축심이 상기 관유지수단으로 유지된 금속제 관내에 삽입된 라이너 튜우브의 축시에 대략 일치하는 위치에, 각각 위치하도록 회전운동이 자유롭게 장착된 지그유지반과, 어느 나의 플레어지그의 축심과 상기 라이너 튜우브의 축심이 대략 일치된 경우에, 이 플레어지그의 후단을 압압하고, 이 플레어지그를 상기 라이너 튜우브의 단부에 밀어 붙이는 지그 압압수단을 갖는 PTFE제 라이너 튜우브 단부 확개장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플레어지그중의 하나가 최종확개용지그이며, 냉각수단을 가지며, 다른 플레어지그에는 가열수단이 장착되어 있는 PTFE제 라이너 튜우브 단부 확개장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 관유지수단에는 이 관유지수단을 3축방향으로 이동시키는 관유지부 이동수단이 장착되어 있는 PTFE제 라이너 튜우브 단부 확개장치.
