Claims (6)

  1. 하기의 것을 포함하는 SAW 전자부품: SAW 필터; 및 상기의 SAW 필터가 형성된 기판의 온도 특성과 동일한 그것을 가진 기판상에 형성된 SAW 발진자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 SAW 필터와 상기 SAW 발진자가 동일 기판상에 형성된 것.
  3. 하기의 것을 포함하는 주파수 변환회로: SAW 필터; 상기 SAW 필터의 온도특성과 동일한 그것을 가진 SAW 발진자; 상기 SAW 발진자를 사용한 제 2국부 발진신호를 발진하기 위한 제2국부 발진회로; 제1국부 발진회로를 발생하기 위해 제2국부 발진신호의 주파수를 변환하기 위한 주파수 변환기; 상기 SAW 필터로 합성신호를 출력하기 위해 제1국부 발진신호와 입력신호를 혼합하기 위한 제1혼합기; 및 주파수 변환신호를 출력하기 위해 상기 SAW 필터로 모터의 출력과 제2국부 발진신호를 혼합하기 위한 제2혼합기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 SAW 필터와 상기 SAW 발진자가 동일기판상에 형성된 것.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 SAW 필터와 상기 SAW 발진자가 동일 압전 기판상에 형성된 것.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 SAW 필터와 상기 SAW 발진자가 동일 커트 각도를 갖는 압전기판상에 독립적으로 형성된 것.
