Claims (4)

  1. 금속기체위에 Ba, Sr, Ca의 3원 알칼리토류금속산화물층이 형성되어 있는 산화물 음극에 있어서, 제4의 원소와 바륨함유 알칼리 토류금속의 가용성염을 함유하는 용액을 적정한 농도로 제조하여 이를 상기 3원 알칼리 토류금속 산화물층에 균일하게 분포하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 음극.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 원소가 스칸듐, 인듐, 칼륨, 및 희토류금속 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 음극.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제4의 원소의 함량이 산화물층 100중량%를 기준하여 0.01내지 1중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 음극.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가용성염이 질산염의 형태로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 음극.
