Claims (3)

  1. 내첨제로서 바인더수지와, 마그네타이트 자성물질과 보조 수지 및 전하조절제와 외첨제로 표면처리제와 마그네타이트로 이루어진 신이성분게 건식토너에 있어서 상기 전하조절제는 다음구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 착염인 것을 특징으로 하는 신이성분계 건식토너.
    여기서, M=Cr, Co
    R1=NO2, CI
    =-COO(CH2)nH,
    n=1-4 사이의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 전하조절제는 0.8-5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 신이성분계 건식토너.
  3. 바인더수지와, 마그네타이트자성물질, 보조수지 및 전하조절제를 내첨하여 토너를 제조하고, 여기에다 표면처리제와 마그네타이트를 외첨한 후 26-32℃의 온도에서 55-65(m/sec)의 신속도로 30초-2분동안 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신이성분계 건식토너의 제조방법.
