본 고안은 이와같은 제결점을 해결하기 위하여 통상의 조립된 패널에 있어서 좁고 긴 다수의 나무판 사이에 양측부에 삽입요입부가 전후면에 돌출부가 헝성된 연결부재를 게재하여 체결공에 나사봉을 끼워 나착 고정하여 임의의 넓이로된 판재를 형성하여 건물의 칸막이 또는 대문등의 다용도로 사용할 수 있게 고안된 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a screw rod in a fastening hole by placing a connection member having a protruding portion in front and rear surfaces of an insertion recess at both sides between a plurality of narrow and long wooden boards in a conventional assembled panel. 이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 효과를 보다 상세히 상술하면 좁고 긴 나무판(2)를 사용코져 하는 판재의 폭과 길이로 절단하여 측면과 다수의 체결공(2')을 천설하여 사이사이에 연결부재(3)을 게재하여 양측삽입요입부(5), (5')에 나무판(2)의 측면을 삽입시킨후 양측부에 보강부재(6)을 삽착하여 나사봉(8)을 체결공(7'), (3'), (2')에 관통되게 끼워넣어 너트(8')로 나착고정시키면 제2도에서와 같은 판재가 완성되는 바 이를 제4a도에 도시한바와 같이 건물이나 가옥의 대문으로 사용코져 할때는 양측면에 경첩(9)를 착설하여 설치한후 손잡이고리(10)를 달면 간단히 대문이 구성되는 바 다수의 나무판(2)으로 되고 사이사이에 연결부재(3)의 돌출부(4), (4')가 전, 후로 일정하게 돌출형성되어 나사봉(8)에 견고하게 협지고정보강되어 종래와 같이 판재가 뒤틀리지 않으며 또한 나무무늬와 연결부재(3)의 돌출부가 조화된 무늬를 이루어 보기가 좋으며 나무재질로 되어 대문을 여닿을때 소음이 발생되지 않고 작업공정이 간단하여 또 건물내의 칸막벽판으로 사용코져 할때는 제4b도에서와 같이 판재(1)를 차례로 연결하여 지주(11)등으로 세워 설치하면 보다 간단하고 용이하게 칸막이를 설치할 수 있고 앞에서와 같이 우아하고 미려하여 보기가 좋으며 나무판(2)의 폭을 넓은 것과 좁은것을 적당히 선택적으로 사용할수 있어 다른 용도로 사용하고 남은 것을 즉 버리는 판을 쓸수 있어 경제적이고 또한 사용중 부분적으로 파손되거나 흠집이 생기면 분해하여 용이하게 교체할 수 있어 더욱 경제적이고 종래 척재로 된것에 비하여 쉽게 부식되지 않아 오래 사용할수 있으며 임의의 크기로 간단하게 제작할수 있어 경제성이 좋으며 구조가 간단하여 제작이 용이하고 고장이 없어 각종 건축 자재로 다용도로 사용할 수 있는 등의 실용적 인 효과를 가진 고안인 것이다.In more detail the effect of the present invention configured in this way to cut the width and length of the plate using the narrow and long wooden board (2) by laying the side and a plurality of fastening holes (2 ') connecting member (between) 3) insert the side faces of the wooden board 2 into the two insertion recesses 5 and 5 ', and then insert the reinforcing members 6 on both sides to fasten the screw rods 8 '), (3') and (2 ') are inserted through and screwed into the nut (8') to complete the plate as shown in Figure 2, which is shown in Figure 4a.
