본 고안은 샤워헤드 본체에 조절손잡이와 연동되는 개폐밸브를 부설하여 조절손잡이의 선택적인 조절에 의해서 물의 급, 단수를 용이하게 제어할수 있도록된 샤워헤드에 관한것으로 특히, 내구성향상과 A/S 가 간편하도록 개폐장치의 구조를 견고, 단순구조로 개량하여서된 개폐장치가 부설된 샤워헤드에 관한 것이다.
종래의 경우, 샤워헤드의 본체에 부설되어 물의 급, 단수를 제어하여 주는 개폐장치로는 여러가지가 공지공개되어 있으나, 이는 대부분이 개폐장치구조가 복잡하므로 사용중에 고장이 자주발생되어지는 문제점이 있었으며, 또한, 분해 및 조립이 복잡하므로 A/S 가 난이함등 여러결점이 있었다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 결점을 해소시키기 위해서, 샤워헤드의 개폐장치 구조를 단순구조로 견고하게 조합하여 내구성 향상 및 A/S 가 용이하도록 안출된 것으로 첨부된 도면에 의하여 그 구성과 작용효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
샤워헤드본체(2) 전방에 살수수단(A)이 구비되어진 샤워헤드(1)의 전반적인 구조에 있어서, 상기 샤워헤드본체(2) 중앙에 고정홈(3a)을 갖는 삽입부(3)를 형성하여 상부에 누수방지수단인 패킹(4)을 착설하고, 걸림턱(5a), (5a')이 어긋나게 형성되고, 상 및 좌, 우측면에 구멍(5b), (5b'), (5b")이 형성된 안내몸체(5)를 상기 패킹 내면에 밀착되게 볼트 결합하되, 안내몸체(5) 내측에는 상하부축(6a), (6a')이 고정홈(3a)과 구멍(5b)에 삽설되고, 양측에 걸림턱(5a), (5a')에 어긋나게 밀착된 개폐밸브(6)를 내장시키는 한편, 구멍(5b)을 통해 관통된 상부측(6a)에는 조절손잡이(7)를 고정하여 조절손잡이의 조절에 의해 개폐밸브가 개 혹은 폐되면서 물의 급, 단수를 제어할수 있도록 구성된 것으로 미 설명부호 8은 수로, 9는 핀부재인 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도면에 도시된 바와같이 본 고안은 샤워헤드(1)의 본체(2) 중앙 부위에 개폐밸브(6), 조절손잡이(7) 및 안내 몸체(5), 패킹(4)으로 조립된 개폐장치가 부분되어 조절손잡이(7)의 조절에 의해 개폐밸브(6)가 회전 되면서 안내몸체(6) 내에서 물의 흐름을 제어하는 구조이다.
즉, 샤워헤드 본체(2)에 호스를 통해 공급되는 물이 수로(8)를 따라 안내 몸체(5)의 좌우측면에 형성된 구멍(5b'), (5b")을 경유하여 살수수단(A)을 통해 살수되어 샤워를 수행하는 과정에서, 사용자가 샤워중지와 동시에 살수를 차단하고자 할때는 한손으로 샤워헤드(1)를 잡고, 다른 한손으로 본체(2) 하면중앙에 착설된 조절손잡이(7)를 도면상 우회전시켜 주면, 삽입부(3) 내측으로 조립된 안내몸체(5) 내측의 개폐밸브(6)가 고정홈(3a)에 삽입고정된 하부축(6a')을 중심으로 화살표 X 방향으로 회전되면서 안내몸체(5) 내측으로 어긋나게 돌설된 걸림턱(5a), (5a')에 밀착되어(도면 제3도 실선표시됨) 안내몸체(5) 내부를 차단분리시켜주므로 즉, 구멍(5b')과 (5b")이 차단되므로 물의 공급이 차단되어 살수되지 않게된다.
여기서, 개폐밸브(6)의 양측이 걸림턱(5b), (5b')에 어긋나게 밀착되어 있으므로 완벽한 단수를 수행할수 있으며, 안내몸체(5)의 상부구멍(5b)을 통해 돌출된 개폐밸브(6)의 상부축(6a)에는 조절손잡이(7)가 핀부재(9)를 매개로 고정되어 있다.
한편, 상술된 바와같이 물의 공급이 차단된 상태에서 사용자가 샤워를 실시하기 위해 조절손잡이(7)를 좌회전시켜주면 안내몸체(5) 내측의 개폐밸브(6)가 하부축(6a')을 중심으로 화살표 y 방향으로 회동되면서, 도면 제3도에 도시된 바와같이 일점쇄선부위로 위치되어 지므로 호스를 통해 공급되는 물은 수로(8)를 따라 개방된 안내몸체(5)를 경유하여 살수수단(A)을 통해 살수되어 샤워를 수행하게되는 것이다.
한편, 도면 제2도에 도시된 바와같이 본체(2)에 형성된 삽입부(3) 상부에 누수방지용 패킹(4)이 착설되어 있으므로 사용중에 개폐장치 결합부위에서 물의 누출을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
이상에서 본 바와같이 본 고안은 샤워헤드본체(2)에 상술된 동작에 의해서 급,단수를 제어할수 있는 안내몸체(5), 개폐밸브(6), 조절손잡이(7), 패킹(4) 등으로 조합된 개폐장치가 견고 단순구조로 부설되어진 구조이므로 사용이 편리함은 물론, 고장발생을 최소화시킬수 있으며, 또한 분해 및 조립이 용이함으로 A/S 가 종래보다 간편함등 여러 장점이 있다.

  1. 샤워헤드(1) 구조에 있어서, 상기 샤워헤드본체(2) 중앙에 고정홈(3a)을 갖는 삽입부(3)를 형성하여 상측에 누수방지수단인 패킹(4)을 착설하고, 걸림턱(5a), (5a')이 어긋나게 형성된 안내몸체(5)를 상기 패킹내면에 밀착되게 볼트체결하되, 안내몸체(5) 내측에는 고정홈(3a)과 구멍(5b)에 삽설되는 상, 하부축(6a), (6a')이 형성되고, 양측이 걸림턱(5a), (5a')에 어긋나게 밀착된 개폐밸브(6)를 내장시킴과 상기 구멍(5b)을 관통한 상부축(6a)에는 조절손잡이(7)를 고정하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 개폐장치가 부설된 샤워헤드.
