일회용 중앙분리 차선 유도표시구
제 1 도는 본 고안의 일부 절개 사시도.

본 고안은 작업장이나 위험 지역 또는 도로의 차선변경 안내시 노면에 설치하게 된 안전표시구에 있어서 원추형상의 몸체에 공기를 충진하도록 된 튜브로 형성하고 저면부에는 접착제를 도포시켜서 된 본인의 선출원에 대한 개량고안으로서 저면부에 이탈편을 부착하여서 작업 완료 후 원추형 표시구를 철거할 경우 이탈편의 손잡이를 잡아 당기면 간편하게 지면에서 이탈시킬 수 있도록 한 구성이다.
선출원에서는 이탈편이 없기 때문에 철거시에는 몸체를 잡고 지면에서 이탈시켜야함으로 몸체가 찢어지거나 늘어나서 쉽게 이탈되지 않는등의 폐단이 있었다.
본 고안에서는 이런점을 고려하여서 저면부에 이탈편을 부착시킴으로 철거를 신속하고 깨끗하게 할 수 있게 된 것인 바 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
원추형표시구(1)의 외주면(2)을 공기를 충진하게 된 튜브로 구성하고, 저면부에 접착제(3)를 도포하여서 된 것에 있어서, 저면부에 손잡이(5)가 형성된 이탈편(4) 저부에 상기 접착제(3)을 도포시켜서 된 것으로 미설명부호 6은 이형지를 표시한 것이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안의 사용효과를 보면 외주면(2)의 공기를 뺀 상태로 접으면 부피가 적고 경량임으로 휴대나 운반 및 보관이 용이하고 설치시에는 외주면(2)에 공기를 충진하여서 원추형상을 이루게 한 후 저면의 이형지(6)를 분리하고 접착제(3)에 의해 지면에 단단히 고정시키게 되며 작업이 완료되어 철거를 할 경우에는 이탈편(4)의 손잡이(5)를 잡고 당기면 지면에서 간단히 이탈시킬 수 있게 됨이 본 고안의 특징인 것이다.

  1. 도시한 바와같이 원추형표시구(1)의 외주면(2)을 공기를 충진하게된 튜브로 구성하고, 저면부에 접착제(3)를 도포하여서된 것에 있어서, 저면부에 손잡이(5)가 형성된 이탈편(4)을 접착하고 이탈편(4) 저부에 상기 접착제(3)을 도포시켜서 된 일회용 중앙분리 차선 유도표시구.
