Claims (14)

  1. -1단계로 콘크리트 혼합물을 만들고, -2단계로 판넬을 형성하고, -3단계로 판넬을 경화하며, -4단계로 판넬에 보호물질을 바르는 것으로 구성되고 한편-콘크리트의 물/시멘트 비율이 0.35/1 내지 0.40/1 이며 또한 약 4 내지 6mm의 최대직경을 가진 불활성 물질을 함유하고 또한 400kg/m 3의 콘크리트 함량의 시멘트를 포함하고, -4단계에서 판넬을 탈수하고 하나이상의 유기단량제에 함침시켜서 중합되도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 대기작용제에 대한 단면보호를 위한 콘크리트 판넬 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계에서 콘크리트 유동화제를 시멘트의 1 내지 1.5중량% 함량으로 혼합물에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 2차 판넬형성단계에서 740mmHg의 진공수준으로 콘크리트 주물을 진공상태에 있게하고, 콘크리트 주물을 약5kg/㎠의 압력까지 기계적으로 가압하고, 혼합물을 40초동안 200내지 300Hz의 진동수로 진동시키는 방법에 따라 콘크리트 주물을 압축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 압축방법이 진공, 기계적 압축과 또한 콘크리트 주물에 대한 기계적 진동을 계속적으로 실행하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 3차 판넬 경화단계는 일정한 정상상태의 열수조건하에서 8일간의 상대습도가 약 70%일때 40 내지 45℃의 온도에서 실행하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 3차판넬 경화단계가 180내지 200℃의 온도에서 스팀으로 15 내지 20atm의 압력을 유지한 압력솥에서 6시간 내지 8시간 동안 실행되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 함침작용은 콘크리트 주물을 메타크릴산메틸로 된 유기단량체가 들어있는 용기내에 4시간 내지 6시간 동안 침지하고 다시 이 주물을 70 내지 80℃의 전체온도로 가열하여 유기단량체를 중합시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 함침작용이 불활성기체에 의해 0.5 내지 2atm의 압력으로 가압된 환경에서 실행되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 아조비스이소시오부티로니트릴로된 중합반응 개시제를 1%의 분량으로 메타크릴산염에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 판넬은 150 내지 300℃의 온도로 6내지 8시간 동안 오븐에서 가열하고 탈수하고 다음단계로 보내기전에 40℃를 초과하지 않는 온도까지 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 함침된 주물을 중합시킬 때 필요한 열은 이 주물을 물 또는 스팀에 침지시켜서 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 400kg/㎥의 콘크리트로 된 시멘트와 4내지 6mm의 최대직경 크기를 가진 불활성 물질로 구성되고 한개이상의 중합된 유기단량체로 함침시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 전술한 항 중 한항에 따르는 방법으로 만든 콘크리트 판넬.
  13. 전술한 항에 따르는 하나이상의 판넬을 설치하여 만든 보호용 단면.
  14. 구체적으로 설명한 대상물을 제조하는 방법과 판넬.
