감마인터페론을 알레르기질환 및 신증후군 치료에 사용하는 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 시험관내 실시예로 인터루킨-4(Interieukin-4)가 항면역 글로부린 M항체와 함께 작용하여야만 B임푸구증식에 효과가 있음을 나타내는 그래프이고,
제2도는 본 발멸의 실시예에서 인터루킨-4(IL-4)가 B임파구의 증식과 분화항원인 CD23발현에 있어서, IL-4의 농도에 비례하여 현저한 효과가 있음을 나타내는 그래프이고, 제3도는 본 발명에서 정상인과 알레르기 환지 및 신증후군환자의 말초혈액B임파구에 각 농도별로 IL-4를 투여하여 나타나는 CD23발현은 나타낸 그래프이다.
