물품포장용 패킹부재

본 고안은 물품을 박스에 포장하여 운반 및 이송시 발생될수 있는 외부로부터의 충격력을 흡수하도록된 물품포장용 패킹부재에 관한 것으로 특히, 모서리부분의 충격력을 흡수하기에 적당하도록 안출된 것이다.
일반적으로 물품의 운반시에 발생되는 외력에 의한 충격을 방지하기 위해 포장용 박스상부 및 하부에 패킹부재를 개재한 상태로 포장하도록 하는 것으로 이러한 종래의 패킹부재를 살펴보면 도면 제 4 도에서와 같이, 외주연에 소장 높이의 측면보호대(1)를 가지며 물품의 밑면형상의 크기를 가지며 소정 깊이로 형성된 안치부(2)로 형성된것으로서, 물품의 상하부에 안치되어 박스에 포장된 발포성 합성수지재 및 쿳션재질의 패킹부재 자체의 소재특성으로서 물품을 외부충격으로부터 보호하도록 한 것으로서, 도면중 미설명부호 22는 금형사출 및 재료의 축소를 위한 구멍이다.
이상과 같이 구성된 종래의 고안으로 포장된 물품을 운반 및 이동시 던지게되면 대부분 포장된 박스의 모서리부가 지면 및 적재장소에 부딪히는 사례가 비일비재한 것으로, 외부충격력(F)에 의해 패킹부재가 파손되므로서 본래의 목적인 충격흡수 및 제품보호를 하지 못하고 제품의 치명적인 손상을 주게되는 것으로, 수출물품의 클레임이 현재에도 빈번히 발생되었던 것이었다.
따라서, 본 고안은 이상과 같은 문제점을 해결하고자 패킹부재의 내,외측 모서리에 원호형 돌출부 및 오목홈을 형성하고 측면보호대 및 안치부에 완충용 홈 및 통공을 형성하여 물품의 외부에 대한 충격력을 보다 안전하게 흡수토록 하며, 특히 모서리부에 대한 충격력을 효과적으로 흡수토록하여 외부충격에 대한 물품의 보호능력을 배가시키도록 안출된 것으로서, 이하에서 이를 첨부도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
각체형 외주연에 소정 높이의 측면보호대(1)를 가지며 물품이 안치될 소정 깊이의 안치부(2)가 형성된 통상의 것에 있어서, 측면보호대(1)가 합류되는 모서리의 내, 외측에 원호형 오목홈(11) 및 돌출부(12)를 구비하고 각 모서리 사이의 내측벽에는 적어도 1개 이상의 충격흡수용 홈(13)이 형성됨과 동시, 상기 홈 상이의 안치부(2) 전방에는 완충용 통공(21)이 천공되도록 된 것이다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도면 제 2 도에서와 같이, 모서리부분에 힘(F)의 외부충격을 받게되면 모서리부의 외측 및 내측면의 원호형돌출부(12) 및 원호형 오목홈(11)으로 형성되어 힘을 받은 점으로부터 원만하게 양측의 측면 보호대(1)로 제 1 차 분산 흡수됨과 동시, 모서리부분의 성형시 웅력집중에 의하여 취약하여 파손됨을 최대한 방지하였으며, 측면 보호대(1) 내측면의 홈(13)에 의해 제 2 차 흡수가 이루어지고 홈(13) 사이로 작용되는 힘을 안치부(2)의 통공(21)으로 제 3 차 흡수가 이루어지도록하여 외부충격에 대한 완벽한 흡수가 이루어지도록 한 것이다.
이상과 같이 구성되고 작용되는 본 고안은, 모서리부의 원호형 돌출부 및 오목홈과 측면 보호대의 홈 및 안치부의 통공으로 인하여 외부 특히, 모서리부에 충격력을 제1,2,3차를 거쳐 웅력분산 및 충격흡수 작용이 이루어지도록하여 충격시 완충작용을 배가할수 있으므로서 물품을 안전하게 운반 이동할수 있도록 한 매우 뛰어난 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 각체형 외주연에 소정 높이 측면 보호대(1)를 가지며 물품이 안치될 소정깊이의 안치부(2)가 형성된 통상의 것에 있어서, 각 측면 보호대(1)가 만나는 모서리의 내,외측에 오목홈(11) 및 돌출부(12)를 구비하고, 각 모서리 사이의 내측벽에는 적어도 1개 이상의 충격흡수용 홈(13)이 형성됨과 동시, 상기 홈 사이의 안치부(2) 전방에는 완충용 통공(21)이 천공됨을 특징으로 한 물품 포장용 패킹부재.
