본 고안은 전주(電柱)와 같은 콘크리트파일을 성형하기 위한 분할형모울드(mould)에 있어서, 콘크리트파일의 양생성형과정이 끝난후 모울트를 해체할때에, 해체된 상측모울드를 크램프(clamp)로 집어 올린상태에서 크램프가 180도 회전하여 상측모울드를 뒤집어 높음으로써 모울드 내면의 청소 작업과 이형제도포 작업을 신속하고 용이하게 시행할 수 있도록 하기 위한 오우버턴(over turn)장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.The present invention is a split mold for molding concrete piles such as electric poles, and when the mold is dismantled after the curing process of the concrete pile is finished, the disassembled upper mold is clamped. 이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 제 3 도에 도시한 바와같이 콘베어(C)로 이송되어온 모울드를 상측모울드(M)와 하측모울드(M')로 분해하고, 상측모울드(M)는 천정크래인에 의하여 재치대(T)위에 올려놓게되며, 콘크리트 파일(P)을 들어내면 하측모울드(M')는 내면이 상향상태로 유지되고 있는 것이어서 청소작업이나 이형제도포작업을 그대로 실시할 수 있는 것이고, 재치대(T)위에 엎어진 상태로 놓인 상측모울드(M)는 유압실린더(5)에 의하여 래크(6)를 후퇴시켜 회동아암(2)을 재치대(T)측으로 회동시킨 후 전자(電磁)작용으로 작동하는 크램프(3)로 협지하고, 상측모울드(M)가 크램프(3)에 협지되어 있는 상태에서 유압실린더(5)를 가동하여 래크(6)를 전진시키면, 피니언(4)의 회전에 따라 회동축(1)이 회동하면서 회동아암(2)이 180도 회동하여 크램프(3)에 협지되어 있는 상측모울드(M)가 뒤집어진 상태로 되고, 내면부가 상향된 상태로되어 프레임(F)위에 놓이게 되는 것이다.The present invention configured as described above disassembles the mold transferred to the conveyor (C) into the upper mold (M) and the lower mold (M ') as shown in FIG. 3, and the upper mold (M) is placed by a ceiling crane.
