Claims (6)
- 모터구동펌프(4)의 수단에 의하여 공급되는 자유단에 설치된 권총노즐(2)을 가지는 액체용도관(1)과 상기 권총노즐의 자유단에서 증기를 수집하기 위한 자유단을 가지는 모관(2)을 구비하고, 밀봉된 케이싱(11)내에서 그를 통하여 흐르는 액체에 의하여 회전하도록 서로 맞물리는 한쌍의 로터들(13,13)이 상기 노즐(2)과 모터구동펌프(4)사이의 상기 액체도관(1)의 통로에 배치되고, 밀봉된 케이싱(21)속에서 회전하도록 서로 맞물리는 유압모터로터들(13,13)의 그것들 꼭같은 구토 및 치수의 한쌍의 로터들(23,23)을 가지는 기체압펌프가 상기 증기도관(3)의 통로에 배열되어 배증(倍增) 기어들(34,37,38)을 통하여 구동되도록 상기 유압펌프에 인접배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성액체 분배장치의 증기 회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체압펌프는 자유회전일방클러치(35)를 통하여 유압모터와 구동가능하게 연결된, 증기회수장치.
- 제1또는 제2항에 있어서, 유압모터 및 기체압펌프의 로터들의 각각은 내유(耐油)열가소성수지로 형성된 90˚로오션(비틀림)각도를 가지는 사엽(四葉) 토오션로션(13;23)로된 증기회수장치.
- 제1내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 유압모터 및 기체압펌프의 케이싱들(11,21)은 펌프로터돌의 상류부분에 형성된 소직경의 흠(39)와 연결됨으로써 유압모터를 통하여 강제적으로 흐르는 액체가 그를 통하여 조금씩 기체압펌프속으로 누출될 수 있도록 된 증기회수장치.
- 제1내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 유압모터는 모터구동펌프(4)와 액체흐름미터(5)사이의 액체도관(1)의 통로에 배치된 증기회수장치.
- 제1내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 배증기어들은 자유회전 일방클러치(35)를 통하여 유압모터의 출력측(14)과 구동 가능하게 연결된 구동기어휠(34)을 구비하고, 상기 구동기어는 기체압펌프의 입력측(35)과 구동가능하게 연결된 구동기어휠(37)과 맞물려서, 필요시엔 중간기어휠(36)을 통하여 입력축(36)의 출력측(14)의 회전속도의 2-2.5배의 속도로 회전할 수 있도록된 증기회수장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
