Claims (2)

  1. 펄프(종이)를 주제로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 상기한 펄프를 페이스트상으로 가공 압출하고, 소정의 형상으로 성형 건조시키는 골프용 티.
  2. 펄프(종이)와, 펄프를 기준으로 0.25-0.3중량%의 노진, 0.25-0.3중량%의 황산반도 및 0.3중량%의 지력강화수지를 혼합기내에서 물과 함께 혼합 교반하여 종이 페이스트를 준비하는 단계;준비된 페이스트르 압출기로 압출하여 수분함량60%의 원 또는 사각단면의 압출물을 성형하는 단계; 상기 압출물을 소정의 크기로 절단하고 절단된 토막을 성형틀에서 프레스 가공하여 수분함량40%의 소정의 티형상으로 성형하는 단계;성형틀에서 떼어낸 티형상의 성형물을 수분함량20%로 건조하여 경화시키는 단계;및 다듬질, 코팅 또는 프린팅 하여 제품을 완성하는 단계로 구성되는, 펄프를 주제로 하는 골프용 티의 제조방법.
