Description

액면제어기의 수위 경보장치
제1도는 본 고안의 전체적인 구성을 보인 회로도.
본 고안은 기존액면제어기 회로에 별도의 부가(附加)회로 없이 후로트센서(Float Sensor)와 경보 벨 만을 연결하여 수위경보장치를 안출한 것으로 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
액면 제어기의 전원회로(1)에 후로트센서(S)와 경보벨(A)을 직렬 접속한 것으로, 미설명부호 M은 모우터 P는 펌프 E1, E2, E3는 감지봉이다.
이와같이된 본 고안의 작동효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
모터(M)가 고장나거나 펌프(P)에 오물이 끼어 배수불능 상태일 경우에 폐수가 넘쳐흐르기 직전 경보수위에 이르면 후로트센서(S) 가 ON 되어 경보벨(A)이 경보음을 발생하도록된 것이다.
이와같이하여 본 고안은 경보장치에 필요한 별도의 부가회로를 없앰으로써, 고장율을 극소화하고 제작원가를 대폭절감할 수 있는 실용적인 고안이다.

  1. 기존의 액면제어기의 전원회로(1)에 후로트센서(S)와 경보벨(A)을 직렬로 접속 연결하여서된 액면제어기의 수위경보장치.
