Abstract

A mast radiator (12) is affixed to a glass or other non conductive exterior panel (16) of a vehicle and is provided with a dipole element (18) and one or more parasitic elements to exchange signals, with gain, between the mast (12) and the antenna of a portable cellular telephone unit within the vehicle.
