통상의 방법으로 제조된 우피, 양피, 물소피, 돈피 등의 가죽의 표면에 자외선 경화도료 90w%와 롤루엔 등의 용제8w% 및 연화제1wt%, 안료 1w%를 혼합한 코팅도료를 분무기로서 분무하거나 불규칙적으로 코팅하여 원적외선 건조장치에서 1차 건조시키고 이어서 자외선경화기에서 2차 건조시켜서 되는 가죽의 표면에 무늬를 형성하는 방법.Spray the coating paint mixed with 90w% of UV curing paint, 8w% of solvent such as roluene, 1wt% of softener, and 1w% of pigment on the surface of leather such as cowhide, sheepskin, water sophie, and pigskin manufactured by a conventional method as a sprayer.
