Claims (16)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 산부가염 또는 금속염 착물;
    상기식에서 R1은 수소, 3-불소 또는 4-불소 이고, R2는 C1-C4알킬, 할로-또는 히드록시-치환된 C1-C2알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬이거나 메틸 및 할로겐으로 부터 선택되는 같거나 다른 치환기에 의해 다른 치환기에 의해 1-내지 3-치환된 C3-C6시클로알킬이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1은 수소이고, R2가 C1-C3알킬, 시클로프로필 또는 메틸이나 염소에 의해 치환된 시클로프로필인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1은 수소이고, R2가 메틸, 에틸, 시클로프로필 또는 2-메틸시클로프로필인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R1은 수소이고, 3-불소 또는 4-불소이고, R2가 메틸, 에틸 또는 시클로프로필인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 하기 화합물들로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물; 2-페닐아미노-4-시아노-6-메틸피리미딘(화합물 NO 1.1),2-페닐아미노-4-시아노-6-에틸피리미딘(화합물 NO 1.3),2-페닐아미노-4-시아노-6-시클로프로필피리미딘(화합물 NO 1.11) 및 2-(3-플루오르페닐아미노)-4-시아노-6-메틸피리미딘(화합물 NO 1.16)
  6. 하기 공정(1),(2) 또는 (3)을 포함하는 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 제조방법; 1.1 하기일반식(Ⅱa)의 구아니딘 염 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅱb)의 구아니딘 화합물을 양성자성 용매에서 또는 용매없이 40내지 160℃의 온도하에 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 케톤과 반응시켜서 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 피리미딘 화합물을 생성시키고;
    (상기식에서, R3은 알킬 라디칼이고, A는 산 음이온이다), 1,2, 이로써 생성된 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아세탈을 산 존재하에 물 또는 비활성 용매의 수성 혼합물 중에서 20내지 100℃이 온도하에 가수분해 시켜서 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 피리미디닐알데히드를 생성시키고;
    1.3.이어서 일반식(Ⅴ)의 알데히드를 10내지 90℃의 온도에서 양성자성 용매 존재하에 히드록실아민염 및 히드록실아민을 유리시키는 염기를 사용하여 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 옥심으로 전환시키고;
    1.3.1. 일반식(Ⅵ)의 옥심을 물 제거 반응으로 처리함으로써 옥심을 중간단계에서 하기 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물로 전환 시킨후;
    (상기식에서, R′은 아실 라디칼COR, 카르바모일 라디칼 CONHR, 또는 옥시카르보닐 라디칼 COOR이며, 여기서 R″는 알킬 라디칼이다) 뒤이어 60내지 120℃의 온도하에 비활성 용매 중에서 아실 라디칼 HOCOR를 제거함으로써 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 분해시키거나, 1.4. 일반식(Ⅴ)의 피리미딘알데히드를 3차 염기 중에서 반응시킴으로써 중간단계에서 일반식(Ⅵ)의 옥심을 제조하고 이것을 40내지 120℃이 온도하에 산할로겐화물 또는 산무수물로 처리함으로써 자체내에서 직접 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 형성시키거나 ; 또는
    2. 일반식(Ⅷ)의 화합물과 하기 일반식(ⅠX)의 시안화물을 비양성자성 용매내에서 60내지 160℃의 온도하에 반응시키거나;
    (상기식에, Hal은 불소, 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이고, Me는 알칼리금속 양이온, 알칼리토금속 양이온 또는 중금속 양이온이다);또는 3.1.하기 일반식(Ⅹ)의 우레아를 산 존재하에 비활성 용매중에서 20내지 140℃의 온도하에 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)이 디케톤을 사용하여 고리화 시킴으로써 하기 일반식(ⅩⅠ)이 피리미딘 화합물을 형성시키고;
    (상기식에서, R3은 알킬라디칼, 바람직하게는 C1-C4알킬이다), 3.2. 비활성 용매의 존재 또는 부재하에 50내지 110℃의 온도에서 과량의 PO(Hal)3을 사용하여 일반식(ⅩⅠ)의 화합물내에 있는 OH기를 할로겐으로 치환하여 하기 일반식(ⅩⅡ)이 화합물을 형성시키고;
    (상기식에서, Hal은 할로겐이다), 3.3. 일반식(ⅩⅡ)이 화합물 60내지 1120℃의 온도에서, a)비활성 용매가 있거나 없는 가운데 양성자 수용체 존재하에서 또는 b)비활성 용매중에서 산의 존재하에 하기 일반식(ⅩⅢ)이 아닐린 화합물과 반응시켜서 하기 일반(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 형성시키고;
    생성된 아세탈을 상기 1.2, 1.3 및 1.3.1에 기재된 방식에 따라 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물로 전환시킨다(전술한 공정들중 라디칼 R1및 R2는 앞서 일반식(Ⅰ)에 대해 정의했던 바와 같다)
  7. 활성성분으로 제1항의 화합물을 하나 이상 포함하는 미생물에 의한 공격으로부터 식물을 보호하기 위한 조성물
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 담체를 포함하는 조성물
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 활성성분으로 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 따른 화합물을 하나 이상 포함하는 조성물
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 활성성분으로 제5항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)이 화합물을 포함하는 조성물
  11. 제1항에 따른 화합물 하나 이상을 적합한 고체 또는 액체 담체 및 보조제와 균질하게 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 제7항에 따른 농약 조성물의 제조방법
  12. 식물독성 미생물에 의한 공격에 대해 식물을 보호하기 위한 제1항의 화합물의 용도
  13. 식물독성 미생물에 의한 공격에 대해 식물을 보호하기 위한 제2항 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 따른 화합물의 용도
  14. 활성성분으로서 제1항에 따른 화합물을 식물 또는 그의 소재지에 적용하는 것을 포함하는 식물독성 미생물에 의한 공격에 대해 식물을 보호하는 방법
  15. 활성성분으로서 제2항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 따른 화합물을 식물 또는 그의 소재지에 적용하는 것을 포함하는, 식물독성 미생물에 의한 공격에 대해 식물을 보호하는 방법
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 식물독성 미생물이 진균 미생물인 방법
