Claims (3)
- 면상 원적외선 방사체를 제조하는데 있어서, 결정화 유리계 세라믹 기판이 있고, 상기 기판 한쪽면에 은등의 도체 도료로 발열체를 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 면상 원적외선 방사체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정화 유리계 세라믹기판의 조정이 중량비로 B-스포듀민계나 코디어 라이트계 유리분말 40~60%, 알루미나 35~55%, ZrO 3%, TiO 2%로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 면상 원적외선 방사체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성형체와 발열체를 850℃~1050℃에서 동시소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상 원적외선 방사체 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
