Claims (1)

  1. 시계칩(106)과 유지 보수용 터미날(109) 및 프린터(110)를 구비한 전자식 교환장치의 시스템 및 가입자 관련 정보 관리 방법에 있어서, 국선 가입자 정보 혹은 내선 가입자 정보 혹은 시스템 관련 정보 혹은 세 정보 모두를 출력하는 등 임의의 출력 형태와 출력 주기와 출력 날짜와 출력 요일 및 출력 시간과 분 데이타를 저장한 메모리 테이블을 구비하여, 가입자 전화기(STN)로 부터 임의의 정보 출력 ID입력시 출력 형태 지정 ID를 입력 및 분석하여 해당 정보를 상기 프린터(110)로 출력하는 제1서비스 과정과, 상기 유지 보수용 터미날(109)로 부터 임의의 정보 출력 명령어가 입력될시 출력 형태를 입력하여 해당 관련 정보를 상기 프리터(110)로 출력하는 제2서비스 과정과, 현재의 날짜, 요일, 시간, 분을 읽어 상기 메모리 테이블에 설정된 주기와의 일치 여부를 검사하고 일치할시 상기 메모리에 테이블에 저장된 출력 형태를 체크하여 해당 정보를 정기적으로 상기 프린터(110)를 통해 자동으로 출력하는 정기적 서비스 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
