첨부된 도면은 본 발명 라이닝 패드의 일실시예를 보인 일부절결사시도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 디스크 브레이크의 패드지지판상에 접착되는 라이닝 패드에 있어서, 상기 패드지지판상에, 애폭시수지 12~18중량%, 트리에틸렌테트라아민 5~7중량%, 폴리아미드수지8~10중량%, 세라믹분말 27~33중량%, 유리면 15중량% 및 유리분말 25중량%로 조성된 1차 배합물을 접착하여 경화시킨 다음, 1차 배합물의 상면에 에폭시수지 13~16중량%, 트리에틸렌테트라아민 8~10중량%, 세라믹분말 17~23중량%, 유리면분말 15~25중량%, 고무 15~18중량%, Ba(OH)27중량%, 실리콘 7% 및 카아본 7중량%로 조성된 2차 배합물을 적층접착하여 상온에서 4시간 경화시킨 후 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 비석면 라이닝 패드.
