Claims (10)

  1. 미분된 고도의 흡착성 실리카와 적합한 습윤 및 분산제 외에, 알루미늄 실리케이트 또는 마그네슘 알루미늄 실리케이트 및 모노-, 디-또는 트리사카라이드를 함유하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 수-분산성 과립 :
    상기식에서, A및 B는 서로 독립적으로 CH, CR4및 N이고, X는 CH2, O 또는 S이며, Y는 CH 또는 N이고, Z는 H 또는 F이며, R1및 R4는 서로 독립적으로 H, 할로겐, (C1-C3)-알킬, (C1-C3)-할로게노알킬, (C1-C3)-알콕시, (C1-C3)-할로게노알콕시, (C1-C4)-알킬티오 또는 (C1-C4)-할로게노알킬티오이거나, 또는 함께 -CH2-0-CH2-이고, R2는 H, (C1-C3)-알킬, 에티닐, 비닐, 할로겐, 시아노이며, R3는 H, 할로겐, (C1-C4)-알킬, (C1-C3)-알콕시이고, M은 C 또는 Si이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)에서, A및 B가 CH 또는 N이고, X가 CH2이며, R1이 (C1-C3)-알콕시이고, R2가 H이며, R3가 H 또는 F이고 M이 Si인 수-분산성 과립.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)에서, M이 Si이고, R1이 에톡시이며, A및 B가 CH이고, X가 CH2이며, R2가 H이고, Y가 CH이며, Z가 F이고 R3가 H인 수-분산성 과립.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.5내지 60중량%의 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물 및 상기 활성 물질 함량의 30내지 110중량%의 미분된 고도의 흡착성 실리카를 함유하는 수-분산성 과립.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리카:모노-, 디- 또는 트리사카라이드의 중량비가 1:1.8내지 1:3인 수-분산성 과립.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.5내지 80중량%의 알루미늄 실리케이트 또는 마그네슘 알루미늄 실리케이트, 5내지 80중량%의 모노-, 디- 또는 트리사카라이드 및 3내지 30중량%의 습윤제 및 분산제를 함유하는 수-분산성 과립.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5내지 60중량%의 알루미늄 실리케이트 또는 마그네슘 알루미늄 실리케이트, 20내지 60중량%의 모노-, 디- 또는 트리사카라이드 및 5내지 20중량%의 습윤제 및 분산제를 함유하는 수-분산성 과립.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디사카라이드로서 슈크로즈를 함유하는 수-분산성 과립.
  9. 효과량의 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 수-분산성 과립을 해충 또는 진드기에 감염된 식물, 지역 또는 기질에 적용함을 포함하는, 상기 해충 또는 진드기의 억제 방법.
  10. 해충 또는 진드기를 억제하기 위한 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 수-분산성 과립의 용도.
